David Letterman has decided to go public about his affair instead of bowing to the demand of $2 Million by a blackmailer, “The Late Show” host revealed. The audience were shocked when he said that he testified before the jury and admitted of having sexual relationships with his coworkers. He announced his marriage with his long time beloved Regina Lasko seven months back. He has a five years old son from Lasko. Her mother was of the view that she got the news of Letterman being blackmailed for his promiscuous relationships from Regina Lasko. The suspect was caught after he was given a plot by investigators. He acted to have bowed to the demands of blackmailer and mailed him a check that was being tracked by investigators. As the black mailer tried to get the check cashed, he was caught. The identity and whereabouts of the culprit have not been made public. The show host’s girlfriends include Michele Cook and Merrill Markoe before he started his relationship Regina Lasko in 1986. At being asked about his late marriage he said perhaps it was a deep rooted desire to look distinct from other men or just “making the prenups right.” As he was being teased by Julia Roberts about his marriage he confessed that he is deeply in love with Lakso. Letterman started hosting the shows in 1980s and his present contract with CBS would last till 2010.
